Re-SEE works with DHL Express to ensure that your special pieces arrive to you in a safe and timely manner. 

SHIPPING RATES

The delivery cost are defined in your cart directly by our carrier, DHL Express, depending on your delivery

 zone and your number of items.

SHIPPING TIMETABLES

All orders ship out within 5-7 working days.

Once your order is ready for shipping you will receive an e-mail with tracking information.

All shipments arrive worldwide Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), which means that the customer does NOT have any additional taxes to pay upon receipt of the item. (Except for orders with additional insurance).

STANDARD SHIPPING:

Re-SEE works with DHL as a timely and reliable carrier. Please note RESEE is NOT responsible for any packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. 

For items valued over 4000€, it is highly recommended to add an additional insurance with DHL which may incur additional fees. Kindly note that RESEE is NOT responsible for any packages lost or damaged if the client chooses not to opt for this insurance.

RUSSIA: Due to very strict restrictions on imports to Russia, non-document shipments sent to private individuals undergo extreme scrutiny, which can result in massive customs delays and holds on your shipment. For those reasons, Re-SEE does not currently ship to Russia.

BRAZIL: Due to heavy customs restrictions, Re-SEE does not currently ship to Brazil.
