- Circa 1965/66 Haute Couture Collection
- Ivory white bouclé tweed dress, fully lined
- Claudine collar, stacked slit pockets & descending sleeve pleat
- Bicolor houndstooth silk trim at interior. A versatile trompe l'oeil overlay echoing the skirt form.
- Adorned with metallic embossed 'CC' emblem buttons
- Signature 1960s a-line silhouette
- Front button down closing
- Please note this piece is missing the designer label, and the interior hemline chainlink has been replaced.
- A one-of-a-kind collectible rarity crafted by Coco Chanel. Featured in the April/May 1966 issue of 'L'Art et la Mode', photographed by the acclaimed Georges Saad on Rue Cambon.
- This piece has already been dry-cleaned, and presents signs of wear consistent with age.
