- Originally created in 1961 by André Scemama, the depicted necklace was worn by M.Saint Laurent's favorite model at the end of each of his couture shows beginning in 1976 through his final collection in 2002. A true talisman from the designer's unforgettable career.
- Inscribed with the quote 'Quoi de plus beau pour une femme que de nouer autour de son cou une passion en guise de coeur (What could be more beautiful for a woman than to tie a passion around her neck by way of a heart)'
- Numbered 397/600
- Comes with protective frame, please note frame shows slight signs of chipping
